Service Description

This 8-week series gives students the opportunity to explore traditional yoga postures while gradually building mobility, range of motion, flexibility, and strength through other movements as well. Each week’s teachings will progressively build on the previous class. Each of these one-hour class will focus on gently waking up the body with movement and conscious breath. This series is open for in-person attendance as well as virtual. If you are unable to attend a class, you will receive an audio recording to keep.
