Service Description

Since it takes most people about a month to develop a new habit, we created a 31-day yoga program that is approachable & challenging for both beginners and experienced yogis alike. (And since this program launches in October, there may or may not be some fun Halloween surprises thrown in along the way.) This program will help you develop a routine and give you the tools you need to discover more movement in your body and explore more stillness in your mind. This program will meet daily on Zoom at 5:30pm ET for 31 minutes of Yoga. Commit to your self, build consistency, and connect with a supportive community. **Although, it is ideal to participate daily, in real time, we understand that schedules may not always allow for it - all sessions will be recorded and made available to participants by the end of each day on-demand.** Consider finding these props ahead of time: 1) Tennis ball / muscle therapy ball / lacrosse ball 2) Two yoga blocks or thick books 3) Bolster / thick pillow / couch cushion 4) Yoga strap / belt 5) Yoga mat
