In-Person Classes with Claudín
Beginning in April 2023, weekly classes at the Ruritan Club will be offered in sessions. This will afford students the opportunity gradually to build skill & understanding of Yoga practices over time.
When you register for a weekly class series:
-
You benefit from progressive instruction, with each week’s teachings building on the previous class.
-
You recieve an audio recording in lieu of any missed classes.
-
While we encourage enrollment to the session, drop-in classes will still be available with the single class rate increasing to $18.
* There are a few mats and blocks to borrow for no extra charge - available on a first come, first serve basis. *
Movement + Breath (Bahama)
*This option is for a single drop-in. In our one-hour class, students focus on gently waking up the body with movement and conscious breath. We will explore traditional yoga postures as well as other movements to build mobility, range of motion, flexibility, and strength. The practice will end with restorative poses and deep rest.
