This class made is with the athlete in mind. Whether you are training towards a specific goal or are on your lifelong journey with fitness, this class aims to help improve your strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.

Mondays, July 3 - August 28 | 9:30 - 10:30 am
An 8-week series where students will progressively build on foundational standing poses, upper body strengthening poses, and simple backbends from week to week. Introduction to pranayama practices, meditation, and philosophy may also be included. This is an active class most appropriate for people who can get down on the ground and back up again with confidence.
