If you find yourself pondering the same questions, great! That's INQUIRY! Inquiry is a great starting point for self-study and connecting to your intuition.
If you're like, 'huh?' (which was totally me when I was first introuduced to this concept of inquiry), that's a question in itself!! Even if it doesn't necessarily form into a full sentence, the act of asking is inquiry.
Try it out. If no questions come up, ask "what questions should I ask of myself?" Keep asking. The questions will come. And so will the reply 💛
I absolutely experience myself asking the same question, time and again. Typically, I consider the question briefly as it comes up and then I move on rather quickly - I suppose because the question is so familiar to me that it, in a sense, becomes like white noise in my thoughts. Hmmm.. gets me in inquiry for sure! This is where I know developing a journaling practice would be SO helpful
I love this as a journaling/writing prompt. Lately I’ve been asking myself “what are you practicing?” Patience? Compassion? Forgiveness?
