So happy to have joined the Trilogy community and have another way to surround myself with my favorite yoga students and instructors! Recently, during pre-class chit-chat, folks have shared podcasts, TED Talks, books, interviews, etc that really resonated with them. I never seem to remember to jot them down and my short term memory is definitely not what it used to be. Anybody have some favorites to share???
I can start things off sharing one of my current favorites - The "Feel Better, Live More" podcast with Dr. Rangan Chatterjee. There's a long form episode released each Wednesday (1 hour or more) and then a lovely little "bite size" episode (< 15 minutes) comes out each Friday. Dr. Chatterjee is interested in a more well-rounded approach to a healthy body, spirit and mind. He approaches his guests and his subjects with genuine curiosity. His motto is "When we are healthier we are happier because when we feel better we live more."

Very excited about hearing from everyone about what they’re listening to and have The feel better, live more podcast queued up! One of my favorite shows ever was this interview with musical artist Jon Batiste. Unfortunately the podcast hasn’t produced anything in the last year+ but you can still listen to that one episode here https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/jon-batiste/id1434244027?i=1000434420899
Ooooo! I just love this post topic, Rachel. I will totally check out Dr Chatterjee's podcast. I thoroughly enjoy The Rich Roll Podcast (this was the Podcast with an episode that inspired me to examine my daily tech usage). I'm always on the lookout for a good book. Can't wait to hear other's recommendations ✌
