your practice on and off the mat through our Yoga Philosophy in Practice series. In this series, we
will meet once a month to explore the first two limbs of Yoga (the Yamas, or restraints, and Niyamas, or
observances) through meditation, asana, inquiry, and discussion. Whether you are new to yoga
philosophy or have previous experience, this series will provide an opportunity to drop what you know and
deepen your relationships with yourself, the living beings around you, and the universe.
