This sweaty class is both challenging and accessible for all levels. You will step off your mat feeling empowered, energized and awake! No matter where you are on your journey with yoga, this class is open to all, FOR ALL.

P²45 follows the Journey Into Power sequence and packs play, modifications, and fun twist into 45 minutes. This class will inspire creativity, curiosity, and the motivation to discover what is possible in your practice and beyond!
This is a flowing, powerful class that focuses on strengthening the center of your being: your Core! Beyond the superficial "6 pack" ab muscles; this includes the deep stabilizing muscles and back muscles that support the spine in every movement. You will radiate completely, from the inside out!
POWER OF YIN
Power of Yin teaches stillness and creates space for rest. In this 45 minute practice, seated and reclined poses are held between 3-10 minutes. The longer periods in each pose allow the muscles to lengthen and the deep connective tissue to respond.
Students also stimulate chi through their bodies & balance out the flow of energy through meridians, which creates a sense of general wellbeing and ease.

Deep Myo is designed to help with range of motion, aid in injury recovery, reduce tension, and restore muscle function. This class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas and facilitate the Mind/Body connection.
This class combines the sweat and methodology of a power vinyasa practice with the stretch and release of a restorative practice. Students will hold poses, challenge the endurance of their breath, and leave feeling refreshed. A beautiful balance of effort and ease.
This class is a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of a yoga asana practice. Class focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Variations and options are offered to accommodate students of all levels.
This guided meditation offers the support needed to bring mindfulness into our daily life. The practice will begin with 5min of gentle music and little to no talking. In this time, students are encouraged to get comfortable or take any movement needed to prepare the body for stillness. A 15 minute meditation will guide students on calming the thinking mind, and focusing on the steadiness of breath. The final 10 minutes will be left for peaceful reflection and gentle reawakening.
