Whether it's been a while since you've practiced or you are completely new to Yoga, you've landed in the right place. Our Beginning Yoga series consists of 8, carefully crafted classes to help you start  your Yoga journey. In this series you will learn the foundational postures of a physical yoga practice, while gaining an understanding of healthy alignment and breathing techniques to enhance your mind/body experience.
