Whether it's been a while since you've practiced or you are completely new to Yoga, you've landed in the right place. Our Beginning Yoga series consists of 8, carefully crafted classes to help you start  your Yoga journey. In this series you will learn the foundational postures of a physical yoga practice, while gaining an understanding of healthy alignment and breathing techniques to enhance your mind/body experience.

Learning resources for additional support

Classes will be recorded. Each recording will be available until the next class, allowing for flexibility to practice and revisit concepts in between sessions. 

All Levels Welcome

This series is designed for those new to Yoga AND those who wish to better understand the foundations of a physical asana practice.
